Reasons for Results With Held
Some of the reasons for with held are (i) Institution transfer (ii) Malpractice (iii) Piece meal
appearance (iv) Want of Registration-Hall ticket not issued from this office (v) Re admission (vi)
Change over to another scheme (vii) Discontinuance/Break in studies (viii) Want of Internal marks
etc. When requests are forwarded for releasing such results, details with regard to the reasons stated
above should be furnished. Request need not be forwarded for reasons like Piece meal appearance and
False Registration since such appearances are treated as cancelled.
Results withheld for other reasons should be got released at the initiative of the students and
Principals concerned within a month of the publishing of results. It is the responsibility of the students
and the Principals to furnish the required details and facilitate the release of the results. They will not
be eligible for revaluation of the answer scripts if results released on a later time. This office will not
be responsible for the delay in releasing such results.
